Local Departments of Social Services

Maryland has a local Department of Social Services (DSS) in every county and Baltimore City. Visit your local DSS for in-person help with applications, recertifications, and case questions. You can find your local office at dhs.maryland.gov/local-offices.

• EBT Customer Service: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
